Blonde Roast — Costa Rica Single-Origin Coffee, Roasted to Order in San Diego

A bright, light roast coffee sourced from the Don Claudio farm in Costa Rica's Brunca region, one of the country's premier high-altitude growing areas. Grown between 1,400–2,000 meters in volcanic soil, this Costa Rican coffee is washed and processed by Coopagri, Costa Rica's largest farmer cooperative since 1962.

Roasted light, before second crack, to preserve the bean's natural brightness and highlight its bold acidity. We roast this batch to order in small quantities, so every bag of whole bean coffee you receive is fresh — never sitting on a shelf.

Tasting Notes: Milk chocolate, citrus, bright acidity, creamy body
